一、高压氧深度助眠机制

临床研究证实,高压氧可有效提升睡眠质量[1-2]

1、治疗压力

医疗高压氧在治疗压力上具有明确临床优势:

医疗舱常压范围通常为 1.8–2.0 ATA,能够实现血浆物理溶氧,显著提升组织氧分压。商用舱压力多低于 1.5 ATA,以辅助吸氧为主,无法实现同等生理效应。

 

2、氧源标准

二者在“氧气纯度”上亦存在根本不同:

医疗高压氧采用医用级氧气,符合国家药品标准,纯度≥99.5%,无菌、无尘、无有害杂质,通过医用吸氧面罩吸氧,吸氧浓度可达85%-100%;商用高压氧常采用工业级或保健级氧源,纯度要求低,多采用鼻导管吸氧,吸氧浓度在22%-39%。

 

医疗高压氧作为二类医疗器械,其氧源质量、设备操作及治疗环境均受严格医疗监管,因其确切的“血浆物理溶氧”效应,在改善睡眠、促进修复等方面效果更为明确,且由医护人员全程监控,确保治疗安全与疗效。

 

四、常见问题

能否只体验20分钟?

完整的高压氧治疗需在稳定高压下维持一定时间,才能实现血氧灌注,缩短时间将影响疗效。临床上,一般10次为一个疗程。保健场景中,治疗体验个体差异较大,部分人群反馈吸氧1-2次后即有明显体感改善。

 

治疗期间能否使用手机?

保障治疗安全与设备正常运行,请勿携带电子产品入舱。我们建议您将这90分钟视为一段专注放松的“自我时间”。

 

如有突发状况如何处理?

舱内配备双向对讲系统,可随时与操作人员沟通。必要时可执行紧急减压程序,保障安全。

 

有哪些禁忌症?

患有气胸、严重肺气肿、肺大泡、急性上呼吸道感染、幽闭恐惧症等人群不建议接受治疗。入舱前将由医师专业评估,确保您符合适应症。
